Help To Come Off Diazepam
Lis Party Shhh ... I
First, I apologize for the long absence ... the past few months my life has undergone some distortion!
But 'nuff said, I wanted to update you on the world Lis and news!
In November I attended a wonderful event that takes place periodically in a restaurant in the center of Bologna, ' Arterìa , I speak of "Shhh Party" ...
What is it?
well, obviously seen my curiosity that feature little way inferior to that of a monkey ... I could not go?
I left by train with my or Prodigal Son and I recruited some friends (well it was not difficult to convince!), we were catapulted into a magical atmosphere, many deaf people at least curious as us, and a group of deaf and hearing children who are part of the Chameleon Group, which I understand is responsible for organizing these events. We
aperitivizzato smiling in the tutorials, play with the finger spelling alphabet Lis (each table was provided with a handbook), we chatted and commented that the photos were hung along the walls (depicting the words in Lis) and away we go so ... until a point: the beginning of the party shh!
we were provided with notebooks and pens, deaf children and the interpreter went around the tables to know our names, to make or answer our questions.
one rule: no talking!
may seem a snap, but in reality when we need to tell us, the word arises!
We were then divided into teams and engaged in a game: on the panel were shown letters in finger spelling, but hid a sticker with some parts of the hand .. every team had to then find the letter ... needless to say it was really fun! In
next to our table sat a group of people deaf in his fifties, who tried to suggest without being sgam by the referee ...
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
In the second part of the evening was planned Lis representation of a poem by Allen Ginsberg (whom I adore!) - The Scream! -
reality in poetry, has not been translated into Lis, but 'interpreter decided to translate the images into signs, needless to say I had the chills !!!!!!!!!!
A wonderful experience of sharing and participation, proximity.
